This full-time, hybrid role shapes the future of client engagements within TELUS Digital. As a Senior Manager, you will translate insights into strategies for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients, taking charge from pre-sales to portfolio expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding stakeholders through the complexities of customer experience and contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Own the commercial narrative for major client proposals • Shape pipeline and build tailored messaging for clients • Facilitate strategic workshops to clarify client needs • Map user and business pain to TELUS Digital solutions
Requirements: • 7+ years in digital product strategy or consulting • Proven CX expertise in contact center environments • Strong communication skills with C-level audiences • Experience in crafting compelling narratives and pitches • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and emerging technologies
