As Branch Manager, you will oversee operational and human resources functions at the Kingston Downtown branch. Your responsibilities include credit, wealth management, administration, reporting, business development, and growth initiatives. You will also represent the Credit Union in community events and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch credit and wealth management functions
- Oversee branch administration and reporting activities
- Promote sales and service through leadership and coaching
- Lead business development and branch growth initiatives
- Represent the Credit Union at community events
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, financial planning, or human resources
- Financial services experience focused on lending or wealth management
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Working toward Mortgage Professional Designation or equivalent
