Key Responsibilities
• Mentor team on providing banking advice effectively
• Represent TD at community events to build relations
• Address escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage branch compliance and administrative functions
• Schedule staff to maximize operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer and IFIC/CSC courses
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of banking systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
