About Our Client
Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa
Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor in the Property industry. Headquartered in Ottawa, this well-established company has a robust portfolio of projects and is renowned for its high-quality construction work.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of projects, from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- An educational background in Construction Management or a related field.
- 5+ years ICI focused project management experience.
- Proven work experience in project management in ICI Construction.
- Experience managing a portfolio of multiple small to mid-sized ICI projects.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (Procore is preferred).
