As a key player on the Bell Business Markets team, you will harness your program controls expertise to coordinate complex initiatives across various departments. This role demands strong leadership in interface management, risk governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring timely and effective delivery of mission-critical projects. Your experience will help transform enterprise-scale customer solutions in areas like IoT, Cyber Security, and Cloud Services.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage program handover and interdependency tracking • Facilitate cross-functional reviews across major teams • Maintain integrated program risk register and governance • Conduct root cause analysis for major project issues • Oversee change management and governance processes
Requirements: • Proven experience in program controls or project governance • Strong analytical and organizational skills applied • Ability to manage complex cross-functional team dynamics • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project controls tools • Excellent executive-level communication skills
