Your primary focus will be on the iOS application and the underlying design system that enables product, engineering, and marketing teams to thrive. Collaborate with founders to ensure your design decisions enhance user interaction and align with the brand vision.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the entire design journey of the iOS app
• Establish and maintain a robust design system
• Partner effectively with engineers for implementation
• Oversee brand visual identity across all surfaces
• Articulate and defend design choices in leadership reviews

Requirements:
• Significant experience in mobile product design
• Proven record of creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong rationale behind design opinions
• Proficient use of AI in the design process while valuing craftsmanship
