Enterprise program governance and cross-functional alignment define this MDA Space director role for PLM and MES transformation initiatives.
As PLM/MES Business Transformation Director, you will manage integrated programs spanning business units, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT. The mandate includes aligning strategy with operational priorities, resolving competing requirements, and ensuring adoption. Experience with multi-workstream delivery, matrixed organizations, and senior stakeholder engagement supports success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align business strategy, operational priorities, and program objectives
- Own scope, dependencies, escalations, risks, issues, and remediation
- Guide cross-functional teams, vendors, and experts in matrix environments
- Present concise updates to Steering Committees and senior leadership
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and transformation readiness measures
Requirements:
- 15+ years managing large, complex enterprise transformation programs
- Experience across multiple business units and implementation partners
- Executive communication, sponsor management, and stakeholder alignment experience
- Proven organizational change and enterprise process alignment record
- Ability to obtain Reliability and higher security clearances
