This full-time role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in healthcare delivery. You will oversee clinic management and drive improvements in patient care. Ideal candidates should bring strong leadership and a deep understanding of healthcare management to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with corporate objectives across all clinics • Monitor business performance and implement improvement actions • Plan clinic operations including equipment and HR requirements • Assist in physician recruitment and management of personnel • Enhance patient satisfaction and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years management experience in healthcare • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, healthcare or related • Previous diagnostic imaging experience is a plus • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel throughout Ontario when necessary
