Coordinate transaction implementation and investment documentation Oversee compliance and operations across corporate and investment entities Deliver financial and investment performance reporting Coordinate legal, governance, and board reporting workstreams Strengthen financial processes, controls, and payment procedures Requirements:
CPA or equivalent with Big Four or comparable training Degree in business or finance Five years of post-qualification industry experience Experience with investments and tax Ability to manage priorities and senior stakeholder relationships Use CPA credentials, reporting expertise, and operational judgment to coordinate investment finance across entities and external advisers.
