Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing Learning Technology team
• Maintain a roadmap aligned with L&D strategy
• Act as subject matter expert on learning systems
• Optimize workflows and enhance user experiences
• Collaborate with IT on data governance and security
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in learning technology management
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and integrations
• People management experience is an asset
