Manage facility-based service delivery, buildings, and personnel Lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs Integrate and evaluate facility-based services Develop and implement operational and strategic plans Manage human, financial, and material resources Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field Five to seven years leading operational and strategic planning Project management, change management, or quality improvement experience Knowledge of Diagnostic and Treatment Centre operations Ability to communicate effectively across the organization Apply healthcare leadership, operational planning, and resource management expertise as Northern Health’s Site Manager in Dease Lake.
