Our growing TSX-listed client is looking for a Controller to lead accounting across multiple business units. You'll oversee a 10+ person international team through two direct reports.

Responsibilities
- Own the close and reporting process across multiple business units.
- Lead general accounting, AP and AR.
- Act as the main contact for statutory audits.
- Improve processes, systems and controls through standardization and automation.
- Make sure IFRS and internal controls are applied consistently.
- Oversee cash forecasting and working capital.
- Integrate acquired businesses.
- Coach and develop a team spread across several locations.
The Successful Candidate
- CPA or an equivalent accounting designation
- Experience leading accounting in a publicly listed, multi-entity, and multi-currency environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, controls and revenue recognition
- A record of process improvement and automation
- Clear communicator who works well with teams in different jurisdictions
