As a Commercial Banking Associate, you will partake in an extensive training program covering financial analysis, risk management, and industry knowledge. This role is perfect for candidates with a business degree or experience in relationship management. You'll provide tailored solutions to merchant clients while working closely with an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities: • Participate in eight to ten months of hands-on training • Collaborate with clients to assess credit and cash management needs • Engage in classroom and online training sessions • Support the arrangement of competitive banking packages • Work towards a position in a Commercial Banking Center
Requirements: • Business degree or relevant undergraduate education • Experience in sales or relationship management • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to work independently or in teams • Background in commercial banking is a plus
