As the Senior Manager for Test Engineering, you will spearhead a team dedicated to optimizing automated test equipment and testing methodologies. This role encompasses strategic vision and hands-on leadership, ensuring reliable and efficient solutions for manufacturing and product introduction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support future technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of test engineers • Oversee testing methodologies and standards across product lines • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency • Manage all aspects of automated test equipment and lifecycle • Collaborate with multiple departments to further organizational objectives
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Engineering; Master’s preferred • 10+ years in test engineering, 5+ in leadership • Proven experience with automated test equipment design • Strong knowledge of quality system requirements • Effective in managing complex engineering projects
