In this senior role, you will identify and implement high-value opportunities to incorporate AI and modern tooling across various product workflows. Collaborating closely with teams in Product, IT, and R&D, you will build scalable automation solutions that allow product teams to focus on delivering customer value rather than administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities • Create workflows and internal tools from concept to deployment • Simplify systems where product work occurs • Partner with IT for permissions and data handling • Redesign workflows around AI-first execution
Requirements: • 7+ years in Product Operations or digital transformation • Record of tooling and automation improvements • Hands-on experience with generative AI and integrations • Strong analytical and communication skills • Builder's mindset with emerging technologies
