Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily accounting operations and staff performance
• Oversee month-end reconciliations and financial reporting
• Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with policies
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial operating statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and account systems
Requirements:
• 8+ years of accounting experience, 3+ in management
• Professional designation (CPA, CHAE) or suitable degree
• Experience in luxury hotel accounting preferred
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Drive financial excellence at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in a dynamic outdoor setting.
