Assign, prioritize, and track concurrent equity processes against SLAs Review and reconcile Analyst work through controls and checklists Monitor workload using trackers, dashboards, and workflow tools Plan coverage for vest dates, year-end, and grant cycles Coach Analysts and resolve complex equity administration issues Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution Five-plus years leading teams in transactional environments Experience managing simultaneous processes while maintaining accuracy Working knowledge of equity plans and global equity taxation Shareworks experience and data tracking skills preferred Bring equity administration leadership, quality controls, and cross-functional coordination to Brookfield’s global compensation programs.
