Design learner-centered eLearning and facilitate pension education in Edmonton, Alberta, using adult learning principles and clear communication. Occasional Alberta travel is required.
APS seeks an eLearning Experience and Facilitation Specialist to create digital learning and deliver webinars or in-person sessions. You will explain complex pension benefits and processes to members and employers. The work blends synchronous and asynchronous learning approaches with instructional design and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual webinars and in-person educational sessions
- Explain pension benefits and processes clearly
- Collaborate on practical educational resources
- Develop customized eLearning solutions and storyboards
- Integrate platforms and create learning graphics
Requirements:
- At least two years facilitating diverse-audience workshops or seminars
- Strong facilitation skills and adult learning knowledge
- Experience in instructional design and eLearning content development
- Advanced Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Valid Class 5 licence, personal vehicle, and Alberta travel
