Generate, dispatch, and monitor vendor service request work orders Inspect vendor closeouts and verify costs, completion, and equipment details Coordinate client, vendor, and technician service inquiries Review invoices, billing errors, and payment approvals Support quality, compliance, reporting, and process improvement activities Requirements:
Three to five years’ facility or vendor management experience Organizational, project planning, and management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process understanding abilities Technical writing, communication, training, and presentation skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI Bring facility management, vendor oversight, client communication, and analytical reporting skills to BGIS as a Bilingual Facility Services Manager.
