Minimum 12 years in operational accounting Accounting degree and Chartered Professional Accountant designation Hands-on leadership and demonstrated people management Insurance or reinsurance experience considered an asset Oracle ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Combine banking operations, accounting oversight, team mobilization, and French communication skills in this leadership position at iA Financial Group.
