Lead navigation program execution at CMC Electronics from Montreal, Ottawa, Chicago, or Reston while guiding complex aerospace customer programs worldwide. As Director, Program Management Navigation, you will lead Program Managers and coordinate Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support. You will establish governance, manage financial performance, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and executive communication. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop Program Managers across customer programs Establish governance, priorities, and operating rhythms Ensure milestones, schedules, commitments, and financial objectives Own forecasting and key performance indicators Lead corrective actions and recovery plans Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field Ten or more years leading complex programs and teams Strong leadership and people-development capabilities Business and financial acumen French-English bilingualism required Bring aerospace program leadership, financial discipline, and customer management expertise to CMC Electronics’ navigation business.
