The opportunityWe are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead to join our HR Technology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR strategy, employee experience, and digital enablement. You will lead onboarding engagements that help clients deliver seamless, personalized, and scalable onboarding journeys using SAP SuccessFactors.
As a Manager or Senior Consultant, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing, configuring, and deploying onboarding solutions while guiding clients through transformation with confidence and empathy.

Your
key responsibilities
Client Engagement & StrategyPartner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to shape onboarding strategies aligned with business goals.
Facilitate workshops to translate onboarding vision into SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
Advise clients on onboarding best practices, compliance, and experience design.
Solution Design & ImplementationLead the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Recruiting and Employee Central.
Design onboarding workflows, forms, and experiences tailored to client needs.
Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems (e.g., background checks, provisioning tools).
Experience & InnovationApply design thinking to create onboarding journeys that are intuitive, engaging, and inclusive.
Introduce innovations such as mobile onboarding, preboarding portals, and personalized content.
Continuously improve onboarding processes through analytics and feedback.
Project DeliveryManage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Support testing, training, and change enablement activities.
Team CollaborationMentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP COI and HR tech team.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
