In this experienced position, you will guide the AI Language & Audio group at Motorola Solutions. With over 8 years in machine learning and 2 years of management experience, you will bridge the gap between AI research and production engineering. Your leadership will ensure reliable ML systems for emergency response, dispatch automation, and case management.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of large language model-driven ML solutions • Manage all stages of the ML lifecycle • Focus on public safety applications like 911 call handling • Collaborate with engineers and scientists for scalable products • Create reusable components for integration seamlessness
Requirements: • 8+ years in machine learning and management • Direct experience with LLM-based solutions • Background in cloud-based software engineering • Strong communication skills in English • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
