As a Proposal Specialist in Calgary, you'll oversee the full proposal lifecycle, crafting compelling narratives and collaborating with teams to highlight our innovative solutions. Your expertise will be vital as you create persuasive proposals that showcase client value and win business. This 12-month contract may lead to permanent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: • Own the proposal process from kickoff to submission • Create client-focused proposals that highlight solutions • Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to shape strategies • Coordinate contributors, priorities, and deadlines • Drive continuous improvement through proposal analysis
Requirements: • 5+ years of proposal management experience • 2+ years of business writing and editing experience • Strong communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office tools • Familiarity with proposal management software
