In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Communications, North America & Europe. Your focus will be on developing communications strategies that connect colleagues to Manulife's broader objectives while enhancing its reputation with the media, advisors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the Global Communications team to ensure cohesive messaging and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive internal and external communications support for Retirement and Wealth • Develop and implement integrated communications plans • Build strategic partnerships for better information sharing • Collaborate with global communications colleagues for consistency • Oversee internal communication channels and town hall meetings
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field • 6-8+ years of communications experience • Strong background in wealth and asset management preferred • Proven track record in media relations and storytelling • Innovative self-starter with strong attention to detail
