In this full-time onsite role, you will spearhead the Mechanical Systems Engineering team, driving the design and implementation of cryogenic sample spaces and precision assemblies for quantum modules. You'll be pivotal in developing and maintaining rigorous engineering practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities: • Build and guide the Mechanical Systems Engineering team • Own design and delivery of the cryogenic sample space • Define cross-disciplinary requirements and integration strategies • Collaborate with teams on subsystem integration approaches • Establish rigorous engineering practices and standards
Requirements: • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related • 10+ years of leadership in precision mechanical systems • Proven experience in complex hardware product delivery • Strong technical expertise in demanding system environments • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
