Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager for its Edmonton office. You will act as a trusted advisor, owning and supporting client relationships while providing effective insurance solutions. The work includes sales, service, renewals, claims support, and collaboration with industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client businesses and recommend insurance solutions
- Provide exceptional experiences from sales through service
- Work with industry partners on client solutions
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and cancellations
- Uphold a client-first focus throughout claims processes
Requirements:

- Confidential, discreet, adaptable, and organized work style
- Level 2 license, CAIB, CRM, or CIP designation preferred
