Key Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders to build, manage, and review budgets
• Strengthen month-end processes with accurate data
• Maintain reporting models for spend and headcount visibility
• Analyze key movements and trends in financial data
• Communicate insights on risks and opportunities to senior leaders
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CFA preferred
• 3–7 years in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent Excel skills for complex data analysis
• Proven ability to simplify reporting tools Maximize your analytical skills at RONA while contributing to impactful financial processes.
