As the AVP, you will report to the VP of Insurance Operations and partner with the leadership team to define annual priorities and multi-year strategies. This senior-level role requires integrating business planning and strategic prioritization while translating enterprise objectives into actionable plans. Your leadership will guide a focused portfolio of high-priority transformation initiatives and maintain governance within operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and refresh Insurance Operations strategy annually • Oversee high-priority transformation initiatives and business cases • Align enterprise objectives with operational priorities and investments • Monitor portfolio health, identifying cross-initiative risks • Drive stakeholder alignment and change leadership across functions
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy or related discipline • Significant experience in strategy and transformation leadership • Proven ability to execute complex initiatives with cross-functional teams • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
