Analyticsmart Consulting Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Business Intelligence and Category Management teams. With over 8 years of experience required, you will coach analysts and data engineers while directly supporting client projects. Your expertise will guide complex analyses and ensure actionable insights transform retail strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop BI and category analysts • Oversee project schedules and deliverable accuracy • Standardize analysis and reporting quality • Lead BI and category engagements from start to finish • Present actionable insights to senior clients
Requirements: • 8–12+ years in business intelligence or CPG • 3–5+ years of leadership experience • Proven retail or e-commerce background • Successful track record in category strategy • Experience presenting to senior leadership
