Key Responsibilities
• Lead and ensure integrity of financial information
• Oversee complete accounting cycle and period-end closings
• Analyze monthly financial statements for management
• Develop and motivate the accounting team for success
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions
Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years in a Controller role
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Experience in professional services environments
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred This role combines strategic financial leadership with team development in a dynamic environment at ROBIC.
