Lead industrial construction projects with Turner & Townsend, applying project management expertise across Northern US and Canadian client sites. Remote work is available with 40% travel. This Project Manager supports industrial construction teams across the Central region. The work covers safety, scope, budget, and schedule objectives for client projects. Candidates manage real estate industrial construction involving MEP, HVAC, roofing, roads, mechanical, and concrete. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk Prepare scopes, estimates, work plans, and quality controls Analyze bids and recommend qualified project resources Maintain reports, meetings, minutes, and client communications Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or five years’ equivalent experience Minimum four years’ project management experience Industrial real estate construction experience preferred MEP and HVAC experience preferred Valid driver’s license and United States work authorization Apply project management, construction delivery, and safety expertise to industrial programs supported by Turner & Townsend.
