In this role, you will manage enterprise implementations and be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients. You will train teams to use TrustArc's AI-powered features and integrate them into existing systems. Your aim is to drive platform adoption and empower customers to independently maximize their privacy program.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee enterprise implementations from kickoff through lifecycle • Train customers on TrustArc platform configuration • Drive platform adoption across client portfolios • Teach usage of AI-powered features and integrations • Organize and manage customer feature requests
Requirements: • 5+ years in SaaS implementations or Customer Success • Strong technical expertise in SaaS architecture and integrations • Familiarity with AI-enabled products and value articulation • Proven project management skills with multi-workstream experience • Excellent communication skills with business and technical audiences
Deliver comprehensive support to customers, ensuring they leverage TrustArc effectively for enduring success.
