Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-performance infrastructure for Confluent Cloud • Build software to enhance reliability and scalability in cloud environments • Solve distributed systems challenges such as resource allocation • Collaborate with teams to optimize streaming data infrastructure • Troubleshoot and enhance system reliability across cloud providers
Requirements: • 2-5 years of experience in backend systems design • Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure • Experienced in high-availability system operations • Proficient in Java, Scala, C++, Go, or similar languages • BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field
