Lead trucking, yard, and warehouse operations for TF Truckload & Logistics while applying transportation expertise and specialized-load experience.
As Operations Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership across dispatch, routing, load planning, material handling, and storage. The role requires experience with pipe transportation or over-dimensional loads, general warehousing, fleet operations, and transportation regulations. You will guide multiple operational teams while supporting safety, customer service, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee trucking, yard, warehouse, dispatch, routing, and load planning operations
- Lead, coach, and develop drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams
- Optimize fleet utilization, equipment availability, labour, and operational costs
- Monitor inventory, yard organization, operational KPIs, and service performance
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance, safety, and operational readiness
Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ trucking, transportation, yard, or warehouse experience
- Pipe transportation or over-dimensional load experience required
- Proven leadership experience supervising operational teams
- Transportation regulations, fleet operations, and safety compliance knowledge
- Experience with TMS, ELDs, and warehouse or inventory systems
