IAM Specialist

Become a Mainframe Identity & Access Management Specialist with ISM in Saskatchewan. This remote role involves hands-on work with RACF and Top Secret while managing user access and security profiles. ISM is seeking a skilled IAM Specialist to join their team remotely within Saskatchewan. Your focus will be on administering security within IBM z/OS environments, specifically using RACF or Broadcom Top Secret. You will be managing the user-access lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and performing access reviews.

Key Responsibilities
• Provision and manage user accounts within mainframe environments
• Administer user roles, permissions, and security profiles
• Perform user-access lifecycle management and onboarding processes
• Support security audits and compliance related to mainframe access
• Investigate and resolve access-related authorization issues

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with RACF and/or Broadcom Top Secret
• Extensive experience in IBM z/OS mainframe environments
• Familiarity with identity and user-access lifecycle processes
• Strong understanding of access controls and authentication
• Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow Leverage your mainframe expertise and IAM knowledge to enhance ISM's security posture.
