Lead people programs that support business goals and strengthen the employee experience in North York, Ontario. The HR Manager will guide talent acquisition, learning initiatives, and core HR practices across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR initiatives aligned with workforce planning, learning programs, and organizational objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and build talent development programs.
- Advise department leaders on HR matters and organizational needs.
- Use workforce data and trends to improve HR programs.
- Design and deliver employee training initiatives.
- Review and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee experience and consistent people practices.
- Contribute to administration of HR systems for payroll, benefits, talent, and learning.
