As a Counsel, you will provide strategic guidance to Marsh McLennan Agency’s US/Canadian businesses, focusing on commercial contracts and agreements. Working alongside the Legal Team, you will draft and negotiate various contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards while effectively communicating important legal processes to internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements
• Support LCPA Department’s Strategic Plan initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of ethical behavior
• Exercise sound judgment in decision-making

Requirements:
• Law degree and Canadian/US Bar membership
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial contracting
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-starter with project management skills
