Lead HR policy initiatives at the International Civil Aviation Organization as a specialized HR Policy Specialist. Focus on policy review, compliance, and implementation to promote organizational efficiency. In this pivotal role within the Human Resources Branch, you will assess and enhance HR policies, ensuring compliance and relevance. Your expertise will guide stakeholders through complex HR scenarios, as you recommend policy changes to align with best practices. You'll work under the Deputy Director’s supervision, prioritizing effective HR strategies within the ICAO framework.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR policy review and analysis to identify gaps
• Develop and propose new HR policies for efficiency
• Coordinate stakeholder consultations on policy changes
• Implement and roll out revised HR guidelines and procedures
• Offer risk-based analysis on HR implications

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in HR management or related fields
• Minimum years of experience in HR policy roles
• Familiarity with UN HR regulations and procedures
• Strong analytical and communication skills
