As part of Braven, you’ll showcase your cooking skills and deliver quality meals under the guidance of the Chef and Sous Chef. With 1-2 years of experience, you will ensure every dish meets O&B standards while maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout food preparation. Your dedication and ability to take direction will shine in our energetic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Maintain a daily prep list of station duties
• Assist with food inventory and control
• Clean food prep areas and adhere to safety guidelines
• Complete all assigned tasks from Chef or management

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of cooking experience required
• Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
• Basic knife handling and cooking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
