Lead Purolator’s ground transportation operations in St-Laurent, managing LTL pickup and delivery with strong communication and leadership skills.
The GTM Unit Manager supervises night-shift operations and Class 1 Drivers in a unionized environment. You will manage employee performance, support operational standards, and implement policies, procedures, and programs. The role also requires reporting, coaching, counseling, recognition, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LTL pickup and delivery operations
- Supervise ground transportation operations and Class 1 Drivers
- Lead employee performance reviews, coaching, and counseling
- Communicate and implement policies, procedures, and programs
- Complete required reports and operational documents
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ transportation, logistics, or LTL experience
- Experience managing and coaching employees
- Unionized environment experience is a strong asset
- English proficiency and Microsoft applications knowledge
