Key Responsibilities
• Direct the full finance cycle: planning, reporting, and compliance
• Lead a team of 5-8 finance professionals
• Manage M&A financial evaluations and integrations
• Create scalable financial controls and processes
• Oversee treasury operations and cash management
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership
• Proven M&A experience across global operations
• Strong track record in implementing financial processes
• Experience with NetSuite highly preferred
