In this role, you'll train supervised learning models and fine-tune their performance for internal tools and customer features. Your expertise in prompt engineering will ensure proper deployment and efficiency of the product suite. Collaborating with security and engineering teams, you’ll help align AI compliance and improve engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities: • Train and fine-tune machine learning models for tools and features • Lead prompt engineering initiatives for specific use cases • Design evaluation pipelines for LLMs and traditional models • Identify opportunities for improvements in AI and data pipelines • Monitor and enhance model performance in production
Requirements: • 4–6 years of experience in machine learning engineering • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow • Familiarity with Elasticsearch and model evaluation practices • Strong understanding of LLMs and production environments • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
