Implement small-to-medium features and services end to end Write tested code across Asana’s software stack Evaluate latency, cost, and reliability trade-offs Monitor production pipelines and participate in on-call rotations Review code and improve test coverage and technical debt Requirements:
Two-plus years shipping production software professionally Experience with distributed architectures, web services, or data-intensive systems Strong software design, testing, and data structures fundamentals Experience or curiosity with LLMs, prompt pipelines, or vector databases Ability to communicate progress and surface blockers early Apply software engineering, AI curiosity, and systems thinking to help Asana build intelligent collaboration experiences in Vancouver.
