As a Production Supervisor, you will manage over 30 employees and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. This role requires experience in extrusion and manufacturing, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Collaborate with various departments while maintaining productivity and quality across shifts.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and direct hourly personnel on shift • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures • Review and allocate production tasks based on specifications • Conduct safety checks and facilitate training for new hires • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project management
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred • At least five years of manufacturing and supervisory experience • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
