BDO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements within the Credits & Incentives team. This role emphasizes understanding Clean Economy tax credits and capital asset programs, helping businesses navigate complex funding pathways. With a commitment to coaching and team development, you’ll play a pivotal part in fostering strong client relationships and delivering impactful insights.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead Credits & Incentives client engagements effectively • Review and analyze capital asset costs for tax qualifications • Foster strong client relationships as a trusted advisor • Communicate engagement progress and priorities clearly • Mentor and develop team members to enhance growth
Requirements: • Engineering, science, or technology degree required • 5+ years experience in tax credit claims or advisory • Solid understanding of Clean Economy Tax Credit programs • Proven experience mentoring high-performing teams • Strong analytical and communication skills
