In this prominent role, you'll drive the financial planning and analysis for the Utility Products business unit, collaborating actively with various departments to facilitate impactful decision-making. Your team will deliver accurate forecasts and insightful analyses, creating a robust framework for financial performance. Additionally, you will assist in optimizing data strategies to improve financial processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Guide budget processes and performance efficiency • Deliver insightful monthly financial reports • Provide financial guidance to Sales initiatives • Partner with IT on data system optimizations • Foster collaboration across departments for alignment
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 7+ years of experience in finance roles • Strong business partnering experience • Knowledge of financial tools and data analytics • Team leadership experience required
