Lead the Project Management Office at the forefront of architectural metal fabrication in Toronto, ON. As the Director, you will establish standards and drive operational efficiency in a full-time role. In this permanent position, you will manage and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators while overseeing project standards within the organization. Your responsibilities will include standardizing methodologies, improving execution, and ensuring consistent project delivery from inception through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop PMO team members
• Define project methodologies and governance standards
• Identify process improvements for project execution
• Provide oversight for high-risk projects
• Enhance client delivery models and communication

Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in Engineering or related field
• 7-12+ years in project management across relevant industries
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with project management and ERP systems
• PMP certification is an asset Elevate project management standards and execution through your leadership and innovative strategies.
