Lead facilities operations across industrial, commercial, and retail properties through HVAC expertise, preventative maintenance, and hands-on site oversight.
This experienced Facilities Manager maintains safe, efficient, compliant properties across a diverse portfolio. The work includes building systems, contractor coordination, capital repairs, and operating budgets. You will assess deficiencies, coordinate maintenance, and recommend practical repair, replacement, and long-term planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and physical condition
- Inspect properties and identify deficiencies, hazards, and improvements
- Implement preventative maintenance programs for systems and equipment
- Coordinate emergency repairs, service requests, and contractor activities
- Maintain inspection, maintenance, warranty, and equipment records
Requirements:
- Approximately five years of facilities or building operations experience
- Practical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical equipment, and building systems
- Experience maintaining industrial, commercial, or retail properties
- Knowledge of applicable codes, safety requirements, and regulations
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between properties
