Key Responsibilities
• Lead management for assigned condominium properties
• Conduct site inspections and identify deficiencies
• Develop and communicate goals with the Regional Director
• Maintain key relationships with internal departments
• Oversee process improvements in quality control
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in property management
• RCM or relevant property management designation
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• General License in good standing
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting Utilize your expertise in property management and team leadership to provide exceptional service at FirstService Residential.
